You find it hard to get started in the mornings. It’s Hard to look forward to the day.
You’re worried about the future, and you’re wondering if you can get what you want out of life.
Other people seem so much further ahead than you–they seem to have it better, and they seem to know what they want.
So, why don’t I?
I became a therapist because I really like hearing about people’s lives, and I feel like it’s hard to get what you need out of the relationships you have. I want to provide the support that’s necessary but currently lacking.
Life is hard, and without learning how to do it better, you might feel lost or stuck.
I want to help people get out of their own way in getting what they want out of life.
It’s not built-in to our culture to learn how to deal with our own emotions, with stress, with life.
No one ever offered you a class in school on dealing with your most difficult feelings.
That is where I come in to help
I want to hear what you want and what’s getting in the way.
From there, we’ll make a plan and work on shifting your current mindset into one that’s better suited for change.
We’ll figure out how to keep you motivated, even when you feel like it’s too hard.
When you walk out the door at the end of your last session, you’ll look more steady, more satisfied, and more self-assured that you can handle whatever comes your way.
